There’s no place like home for Aidan Maxwell.

The Brooks native and Badlands Academy alum grew up playing and watching games at Elks Field, looking for an opportunity to suit up for the Western Canadian Baseball League’s Bombers at some point in his collegiate career.

And now he’s living that dream this summer.

Dax is Back

Dax Wandler has been through a lot to get back onto the baseball field.

After injuring his throwing arm early in the 2019 WCBL season, the Brooks Bombers infielder wasn’t able to get surgery until May 2021.

He’s finally back now and hoping he can get back into the minds of prospective college programs.
