Through the ups and downs of the Baseball Alberta Elite League season, the Parkland Twins believed they had to stay true to themselves if they wanted to come away as champions.

After capturing the BAEL title, they captured a well-deserved silver at nationals.

Grind of the Braves

Despite a 24-12 regular season, the Red Deer CarStar Braves felt like they had to grind out a lot of wins.

They took that mentality into the Baseball Alberta Elite League playoffs, capturing the provincial title.

The Braves then rode that momentum into nationals, claiming Alberta’s first gold since 2012.
