2022 Season Preview: Okotoks Dawgs

The Okotoks Dawgs are a perennial favourite to rack up wins and position themselves atop the West Division standings in the Western Canadian Baseball League.

After fielding two teams in a pandemic-shortened 2021 campaign, the Dawgs will be looking to return to the form that allowed them to capture the 2019 WCBL championship.

The WCBL’s inaugural “Baseball Day in Canada” featured two games between the Okotoks Dawgs Black and Edmonton Prospects.

Not only were fans treated to broadcasts of the two games, but they also were able to watch interviews and panel discussions about the state of baseball in Canada.
